requirements of having played in at least 50 percent of their regular league team's
games and have birth dates falling on or after the date listed in the tournament rules
for this teams age group.  All copies of the player Birth Certificates are accurate
copies of the authentic original Birth Certificate of the player it represents.
I understand that once submitted no players may be added or removed from this roster
without Lansing Old Timers Tournament approval.
